Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, with most sent out within 2-3 working days. Orders are sent out using UPS, FedEx and USPS. Please note we are not responsible for customs fees. Please note there may be delays due to customs, if you see on your tracking information that the order has not let left the US despite being despatched, this means that it is currently being held at customs at the border of your country.
